I am passionately interested in youth work and non-formal education, especially on topics such as social inclusion, empowerment, diversity, anti-racism, intercultural dialogue, migration and refugees, and gender mainstreaming. I am also an experienced project manager and local activist in the social field.
My goal with youth work is to find out how we can create a society in which we help each other free ourselves from any socialization that promotes oppression and normalizes inhumanity and discrimination. I have the aptitude to make complicated things clear and to create a safe space for everyone in our community.
