About:
Educational Advisor and Consultant, I am an expert in youth participation processes, with training and
facilitation skills. I worked in many fields, especially related to the youngsters with fewer opportunities
and civic engagement in local, regional, national, and international backgrounds. I truly believe that
diversity enriches deeply if you give chances to people to express who they are and what they think. I
have an artistic attitude, focusing on photography and theatre.
I am a person-oriented to operational flexibility and procedural rigor, respectful of the roles and
objectives set, and with constant attention to details and processes in which I take part, to ensure
continuous learning for myself and the people I work with.
I was involved in the last 20 years in more than 50 international and 200 national training courses,
seminars, conferences, and other types of learning events as a trainer, facilitator, organizer or speaker on
the following themes:
- project management
- application writing
- Non-formal learning methods and tools
- Erasmus+
- Youth in Action
- Teamwork and group dynamics
- volunteering
- youth participation
- youth policy
- social inclusion
- coaching, mentoring, and leadership
- negotiation
- networking
- training of trainers
Work experience
I have been involved in workshops around intercultural contact, youth, and work, through theater and
through the arts in general. At the same time, I also work in conflict management, group dynamics
training, and active citizenship. I am interested mainly in provoking people’s ideas about peace, personal
and social development, conflict, and how to manage complex systems.
I honestly think that the bus that hits us every now and then (namely, experience) is a good proof that
We usually need to be brought back to real actions and real awareness.
Specifically in my association, I’m in charge of international training courses and seminars, workshops,
youth exchanges, capacity building projects, pilot and social inclusion projects, national training, tool kits
and handbook drafting and updating.
I coordinated local projects, in cooperation with local associations and youth centers mainly active in
suburbs, and aimed to support and enhance the inclusion of young people marginalized, coming from
less privileged backgrounds.
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
Coordinating various local, national and international projects in the youth sector and adult education
sector gave me the opportunity to develop my organizational skills and become more proactive.
Recruiting, working, and coordinating volunteers empowered me to gain a lot of confidence within
human interaction, thus I have developed excellent communication skills and working in a team
capacity.
Writing project proposals and being a project coordinator gave me the chance to improve my time
management and crisis management skills and also learn how to administrate budgets and relations
with different partners.
